Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 15-year-old boy missing from Coombabah since Friday, 22 August.
The boy (pictured) was last seen leaving a Hansford Road address around 6.15am and has not been seen or heard from since.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 150cm tall, with mousey coloured hair, last seen wearing a black Nike jumper and blue shorts.
Family and police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and as he has a medical condition.
Police are appealing to the boy, and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
