The Forensic Crash Unit (FCU) are investigation a fatal traffic crash in Biloela yesterday afternoon, 23 August.
About 3.15pm, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Kroombit Street and Gladstone Road following reports a white Toyota Landcruiser had struck a motorised wheelchair.
A woman on the mobility scooter, a 66-year-old Biloela woman, was transported to Rockhampton Hospital where she later passed away due to her injuries.
The driver, a 67-year-old Rosewood man, remained on scene and is assisting police.
Investigations are ongoing.
