The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash in Berrinba last night, August 1.

Around 9.45pm, a green Kawasaki ZX10R motorcycle travelling west on Gilmore Road crashed into a parked truck trailer.

The rider and sole occupant, a 21-year-old Logan Central man, died at the scene.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations into the events leading up to the crash remain ongoing.

Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV vision of the motorcycle in the events leading up to the crash, is urged to contact police.
