Queensland Police have charged a 21-year-old Cleveland man with an indecent treatment offence earlier this month.  

It is alleged the offence involving a four-year-old child occurred at a Tingalpa child care facility on 10 July.

The 21-year-old man has been charged with one count of indecent treatment of a child.

The man has been given conditional bail and is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 4.

Investigations by the Bayside Child Protection Investigation Unit remain ongoing.
