Police are investigating after a 21-year-old man sustained serious injuries outside a Parkwood house last night, June 5.
Around 7.50pm police and emergency services were called to Woodlands Way after a man reportedly received a gunshot wound to his leg and other injuries to his hand.
The man was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
Initial inquiries indicate the incident to be targeted and there is not any ongoing threat to the community.
Investigations remain ongoing.
