The Sunshine Coast Forensic Crash Unit has charged a 78-year-old man following investigations into a traffic crash in Beerwah on February 21.
Around 7.50pm police were called to a traffic crash involving a Toyota RAV4 and a Yamaha MT-03 at the intersection of Roys Road and Mawsons Road.
A 22-year-old Coochin Creek man was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A 78-year-old Beerwah man has been charged with one count of careless driving causing grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Caloundra Magistrates Court on May 29.
