Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 74-year-old woman missing from Alderley.
Diane Horbal, pictured, was last seen at 12pm on April 1 at an address on Goskar Avenue, Alderley.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her suffering from a medical condition; which causes her to become disorientated.
Diane is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm tall, with a slim build, with black/grey hair and green eyes.
Police are appealing to Diane, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to contact police.
