Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 27-year-old woman missing from Tewantin since yesterday, March 14.
Grace Chapman (pictured) was last seen at a Hooper Crescent address at approximately 5.45pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall with brown hair and blue eyes.
Family and police have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
Police are appealing to Grace, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
