Update: Police would like to advise that the girl reported missing from Mackay has been located safe and well.

Earlier: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a girl reported missing from Rural View.
The girl, pictured, was last seen in Rural View at around 7.30am and has not been seen since.
She is known to frequent shopping centres in Mackay.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Investigators are appealing for the girl, or anyone with further information, to contact police.
