A 41-year-old female senior constable from Brisbane Region has been issued with a notice to appear in relation to alleged drink driving.
The member has been charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath and obstruct police, allegedly committed while off duty.
The member has been stood down from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on March 10.
